After purchasing the product on X-PLANET, click the profile image at the upper right corner and go to My Collection > Purchased NFT > Copy the coupon code and enter the coupon code at the in-game coupon exchange to automatically receive it in your Inbox.

A. Since the purchased NFT is a product paid out on the blockchain in real-time, some delays may occur. If it is in progress, the purchase has been completed normally. If you refresh after a certain period of time, you'll be able to confirm that the product has been provided normally.

A. This product provides NFT and game coupons respectively, and the NFT itself cannot be used in the game. For in-game products, please register the separately issued coupon code in the game.

A. It can be transferred to any XPLA-based wallet. However, a certain amount of gas fee is consumed during transmission.

A. This product is available for secondary trading at the X-PLANET Marketplace (https://dex.xpla.net/). However, only NFT images can be traded and game coupons are not automatically included, so please be careful when making secondary transactions.
